Turcopole - Memorial Bust Monreale 2013

Hello guys

A few days ago I posted the workyard with turcopole bust sculpted by Mariano Numitone, you can go and see it at the following link.

In the end, with a stroke of the brush, I concluded it
We were been to the skintone, and finally I added to my third light Palesand VMC up to the pure Palesand for the latest highlights.

I opened the set of the Brown Andrea colour with the hood.
I am very satisfied, although there are no tones but it is pretty much just a scale of brown.
The colors got a beautiful and dull finishing and the cromatic scale is convincing.
To give a bit of depth I added some haze of green in the shadows followed by the blue colour in the deepest shadows and I added a bit of khaki vmc for the final lights.

The turban has received a coat of flat black andrea + khaki vmc 50/50, and I simply went up with the lights adding khaki and I went into the shadows by adding black.

In conclusion, it's a pleasure paint this bust, forms slide beneath the brush without you even realize it.
I don't exclude that I could start another one with a different color scheme.
I just remember that you can find still few copies in 27Rosso!

Here as follow the pictures!
