Review: Willie, the demolitionist by Wyrd Miniatures

Hi Guys

Today I want post the review about the miniature of Malifaux serie by Wyrd Miniature:
Willie, the demolitionist

I bought this piece, after I fell in love at first sight from Wayland games.
Good English shop, very quick in responding to requests, with an almost very complete and very fast shipping.
So after bought it online in just 4 days the goods arrive home.

The carton is very well maintained with interesting graphics and nice to see.

Opening it also can be seen that the miniature is protected by a foam (also useful for paint, not only to protect) and that the piece is directly installed in a single sprue.
There are also cards with directions to the game and the game base

If I remember correctly, unfortunately the company gives not by explanations about it, the concept and sculpture have been made in computer graphics.
But the result looks really promising if a little comic style.
So looking good piece, I've got in my hands of a real 28mm miniature, well-researched and fascinating.

As you can see there are mold lines, but are very small and they're not in key areas such as the nose, eyes, ears, or hands, then with a sharp knife (following the system who explained Amon in his tutorial) we can eliminate them easily.

Once you have cleaned everything well here are the pieces arranged on the sponge with the usual coin of 1 euro cent to let you know the size of everything.

And so have fun with the job.

Cheers
